- When you fill out our project quiz or request a consultation: your name, email, phone number, project type, area, budget range, timeline, preferred meeting time, project address and any notes you add.
- When you chat with Ask Bela, our AI assistant on the website: the messages you send and the answers you receive.
- When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp from the website: the information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
- How you use the website: pages visited, time on the site, the page you came from, and the ad or search that brought you here, including ad click identifiers.
- Device and browser information, approximate location based on your IP address, and cookies or similar technologies.
How we use your information
- To respond to your request, schedule consultations and prepare estimates.
- To run, protect and improve the website, including filtering spam.
- To measure which ads and pages bring inquiries, and to show our ads to people who visited the website.
- To comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Advertising and analytics tools
We use the following tools. They may set cookies and receive information about your visit:
- Google Analytics and Google Ads, including call tracking: phone numbers shown to visitors from Google ads may be Google forwarding numbers, so that calls from ads can be measured.
- Microsoft Advertising (UET tag).
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram). When you submit a form, the pixel may send a hashed (encrypted) version of your email or phone number to Meta to match your visit with your Meta account for ad measurement and remarketing.

Service providers
We share information with companies that help us run the business and the website, only for that purpose: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), lead and chat records (Google Workspace), spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), maps (Mapbox), AI providers for the Ask Bela assistant, and the advertising and analytics providers listed above.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention
We keep inquiry and chat records for as long as needed to respond to you and manage projects, and to meet legal and accounting requirements. Then we delete them.
Your choices and rights
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you gave us by contacting us below.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of personalized ads using the links above.
- California residents: you may have additional rights under California law, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise them, contact us below. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Do Not Track
Our website does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.
Children
The website is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
