On this partial home remodel, we removed the pony wall that separated the 1st and 2nd floor to accommodate for a custom modern railing. Additionally, a custom built in book case was constructed below the staircase. Lastly, the living room was enhanced with a new fireplace. The perfect place to curl up with a book.
